GetBooked Agency (“GetBooked,” “we,” “us”) operates getbookedagency.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.

1. Information you give us

When you fill out the intro-call form or email us, we receive what you send: your name, company name, email address, phone number, industry, and anything you write in the message field. We use it to answer you, schedule the intro call you requested, and prepare the written revenue-leak report we offer. If you become a client, we keep this information as part of our business records.

2. Information collected automatically

Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location (city level, derived from IP address), and the site or ad that referred you. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) to tell returning visitors apart. Google does not store full IP addresses in GA4 reports. Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical data for security and troubleshooting: IP address, date and time, requested URL, and browser type.
Advertising tags. If we run advertising for our own agency, Google Ads or Meta conversion tags may set cookies to measure whether an ad led to an inquiry. These tags do not receive the contents of your form.

3. How we use information

To respond to your inquiry and hold the intro call you requested.
To deliver services if you become a client, including invoicing and support.
To understand which pages and campaigns bring inquiries, so we can improve the site.
To keep the site secure and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to a marketing newsletter unless you ask for one.

4. Cookies and your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. To opt out of Google Analytics everywhere, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. You can manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com and in your Meta ad preferences.

5. Who we share information with

Only with providers that help us run the website and the business, and only for that purpose: web hosting, email, analytics, scheduling and CRM tools, and payment processing for clients. Each provider is bound to protect the data it handles. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

A note about client data. When we run marketing for a client, we process information about that client’s customers — call records, CRM entries, booked jobs and paid invoices used for conversion tracking — strictly on the client’s instructions as a service provider. That work is governed by our service agreement with the client, not by this website policy.

6. How long we keep information

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the length of our relationship plus the period required for tax and accounting records. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months by default. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time (see section 8).

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are encrypted in transit, and access to inquiry data is limited to the people who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Residents of California and other U.S. states with privacy laws also have the right to know what categories of information we collect and to opt out of sales — we do not sell personal information. To make a request, email hello@getbookedagency.com; we respond within 30 days and will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. Our site does not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals because there is no common standard for them.

9. Children

This website is intended for business owners and managers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

10. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page for 30 days.
